The only loose thing around here is my brain.

Who else would have been dumb enough to take this treatment from an ISP as long as I have ??

Still no MAC, but if they think that a short term upping of speed is going to hold thier customer, they will think again.

What is the name of the organisationto go to if the MAC does not come through, not Ofcom, the other lot.

Ermmm Cisas are an arbitration service - they won't (unless I'm WAY out of touch) help you get a MAC.

Ofcom are the people for that - they still have what they call an "Active Compliance Unit" dealing with MACs. Complain to them that you haven't got your MAC and you'll get one ;)

Cisas and Otelo are arbitration services which you can't go to unless your complaint has been ongoing for 3 months or you have a "deadlock letter". Why anyone bothers with them is beyond me :)

OFCOM rules say that they have to provide you with a MAC within 5 working days.
