Zac n Ziggy
« on: March 01, 2012, 07:29:49 PM »

The sun was shining today and it was a beautiful spring day here. :)  I nipped home for some lunch before heading to the hospital and let the cats out in the garden for a short while.

Thought I'd share some pics I took.   Zac seems a little brighter today, hes eating a little bit.

Im very tired right now as Ive hardly slept the past few nights.  He woke me at 2.30 again... Im not complaining because he ate..  but it was damn cold at 3am stood at the back door whilst he went out for a pee
I am moaning about the hospital though.. Ive only just got home and Im sore..  so Im gonna quickly post these, then go get something to eat & drink..  and then pack myself off to bed with a couple of painkillers...  and the cats. /moan.

Thank you for posting the pictures. Your "Lordships" look as if they were enjoying the sun.  :)

Nice pictures Kitz, some sunshine will do everyone good.

I had to send Rufus out of the room before I looked at the pics, he tried to see off a cat he saw on the TV earlier  ::) loud bang as he bounced of the screen.

They are lovely pictures Kitz and how nice they could get out into the garden to enjoy some sunshine, as Adrian says it does everyone good (and it was certainly warm here today...phew).

Hope you feel better tomorrow Kitz and that you get a good night's sleep - that helps too  :)

Here we go again.  What is it about 2.30am?

He has food in his bowl but wont touch that because its been down a few hours... so this sucker is sat waiting for the microwave to cook some cod fillets.

Im NOT moaning..  just happy that he is still here and at least giving me signs he wants something... and wasting a couple of mins until the microwave goes 'ping'.

Well thats a bit of cod fillet thats gone down quite well.  ;D  He ate about quarter of a full size fillet
Hes now having a cuddle and that musical purr is going full volume.  :)

Poor Ziggy... it must have killed him smelling the fish cooking and even though I put some down for both, Zigs didnt touch his at all and sat watching Zac eat his.  I was seriously beginning to wonder what was up with Ziggy, but I swear to God as soon as Zac had had enough.. then and only then, did Ziggy began eating his.

Yeah Im a sucker for doing this at 2.30am, but this is one of those moments I shall store..  and count myself lucky to be owned by them.
Zac is clever, affectionate and very loyal to me..   Ziggy..  well hes just plain cute and such a softy, who is so gentle natured. (except when he has his mad kitten half hours and play attacks anything that moves).

Time for me to go back to bed.
Nite nite... or rather g'mornin'

See, it's the myth of the 8 hour sleep in action.  :D    I reckon you will be cooking fish every morning from now on.

What is it they say ..... dogs have masters and cats have servants  :D  Seems you know your place and live up to it, even at 2:30 am

Sending healing vibes to the little fella.   :flower:

I said in an earlier post that some-one had better watch out if Zac was going on steroids! Seems like it's both you and Ziggy that are being put in place.  :)
Enjoy your sleep.

Aaaaaw Kitz   ....  I'd do exactly the same;  he's a lucky boy to have you too, and Ziggy is looking after him as well.   :)
