Thanks Jeff. It's still crashing here, so it may be a problem with the Linux version of FF 10.0. I've sent a bug report to Mozilla.

Confirm Jeff's comment - no problem on WinXP and FF 10.0 - I will try on Ubuntu and FF 10.0 on another machine.

Thanks again TD. That feature doesn't seem to be incorporated yet, and I think I prefer to avoid automated functions like this. Later on I'll try launching FF with an empty profile to see what happens.

I've run it with an empty profile, and I've also tried v11.0- beta 1, and in both case it still crashes on the BT speedtester site. I've reverted to v9.0.1, and it doesn't crash. So I'm pretty sure that this is a bug, and hopefully it will be recognised and fixed shortly.
