"From the information gathered so far it looks targeted at ASP, IIS and MSSQL backends"

ASP      = Microsoft
IIS       = Microsoft
MSSQL = Microsoft.

Here's another manifesto pledge from the ASBO Party.

Poor quality software from Microsoft costs governments, corporations and the public many billions of pounds in lost business, not to mention lost time.

Since the flaws in MS software are typically due to poor quality design, it's time to punish the odious Microsoft corporation for selling products that are not fit for purpose.

Every time there is a major flaw like this one, the company should pay for the worldwide repair damage out of its own corporate earnings.

Vote for the ASBO Party and we will make BillyGatesWare pay to clean up its own poop.
