I may have misled you Britbrat. I can access the site with both the IP address and the http address.
The one I couldn't access was the https one.

With BT, http://85.112.165.69 shows OK.

I was thinking 02 are same as BT
O2 Access maybe, but not O2 LLU. It's not stated which it is.

Be (same as O2 LLU) which I'm on just goes straight in; the browser gives a (bypassable) certificate error on one but not the other - not sure why...
