^-^  I have only been a member for just over 9 months but what an enjoyable "just over 9 months" it has been.

My thanks to Kitz, TD & Eric for "putting up with me" and for maintaining a pleasant site / forum.

Merry Christmas, everyone.  :drink:

I'll add my thanks too  .... a super site, with  a lot of behind the scenes hard work, which is much appreciated...... ( and if I could understand some of the technical questions I might even be able to help  :D )

Many thanks to all concerned  .... a Happy and Peaceful festive season to you  ALL.

Kate.

Merry Christmas everyone.

I too would like to take this opportunity to thank the mods for all their hard work in keeping an eye on the forum.  I think TD deserves a new broom for Christmas as he has been hard at work this year and the bristles must now be a bit thin.   Seriously though, they do a great job.

..  and of course a big thank you to all the regs whose contributions are much appreciated.

>>  with  a lot of behind the scenes

A note on that..  because that is very much true... and sometimes I feel that the behind the scenes stuff means that I dont get to post as much as I should.
Most of you will know that there were some major modifications to the forum this year.  You guys probably wont notice much difference from the front-end, but much of the work/time taken was to ensure that things still looked the same, whilst making improvements to ensure the smooth running of the forums and keeping it free of bots.

Whats for the new year?

Ive been quiet the past few weeks, as I am currently working on something content wise that hopefully more of the community can get involved in.  Unfortunately we had a 'small' hiccup yesterday as an important software upgrade and an unforeseen incompatibility issue has set things back a bit, so it may take a bit longer than originally anticipated, as I will now have to find a new skin and recode the interface...  but I am hoping that  it will mean content can be updated more easily and will be a repository for technical info. :)

I'd like to add my thanks to Kitz and the mods for all their hard work and to apologise for not contributing much recently. I used to know a bit about TV and radio but being retired for 20 years means you are well out of date! Even my (always) slight programming skills have vanished although I did manage to file my tax return on line!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone.

I'd like to add my
greetings to Kitz, her immediate helpers, and everyone else here.

I only pop in here very occasionally due to time restraints, but am very impressed with Kitz's forums.
Kitz is an old friend of mine fom the past, and from elsewhere ... if she still remembers me, so a very special greeting to her.

Gentlefolk,

Especially warm thanks to Kitz and all the gang. Just for a change, here's something my pianist daughter prepared earlier with virtually all the pupils.

..and more of the same to all from the Celtic (welsh) contingent, esp kitz, eric, td et al who keep the site and forum a nice, helpful, informative, friendly, etc. place to hang out :D

(is that enough grovelling to be allowed back in 2012 ?? ;) )
