it is illegal to own one off these nte5a they are openreach property any attempt to install your own will more than likely resault in prosicution these nte5a are the "master sockets they determin what is openreachs equitment and what is yours so their for it it is after an old line jack ( which is clased as your equitment) then expect to be questioned if you have an engineer out.
