El Reg is reporting that Arbor Networks have bought everyones' friend Ellacoya Networks.

Arbor don't seem to have much market penetration in the UK/Europe other than BT, who deployed some of Arbor's "threat management system" (TMS) kit last October to mitigate DDoS attacks on the "BT Managed Services" platform (BTNet).
