Would you be able to take a series of photographs, to display here, please?

The first of the external junction, mentioned above, the second of the internal of your master socket (ensure the wire colours and the terminals to which they are connected are obvious) and the third of the internal of your extension socket (again, ensure the wire colours and terminals are clear).

Sorry for not replying as had a few probs

Thanks to everyone who tried to help

Anyway I rang o2 up to complain and they say there is nothing they can do because when they set the snr to 15 then i get no disconnections



They told me to put the o2 box back on and leave it running at 15snr

As you can see from stats it has been running for 13 hours and shows no disconnections however routerstats shows the following spikes 4 times today but still showing 13 hours connected

The spikes you are seeing are nothing to worry about. Quite often it just means that routersats was unable to plot that particular moment in time. It doesn't mean a disconnection.
