My download speed has been getting slower and slower in the evenings, but my I.S.P (Tiscali) refuses to acknowledge the problem and blames B.T saying it is a line fault. B.T keeps responding to 'call out's' that Tiscali are booking, but they insist there is no fault on my line. B.T tell me that there is no LLU on my local exchange. below are the results of two speedtests that I ran at about 21.50 G.M.T. Does the big difference in download speeds mean that my slow download speed is caused by tiscali ?
The first speedtest was run from the speedtest@speedtest_domain server http://217.32.105.42/
