Morning all
Weather not changed much from yesterday AND cold with it... brrr... had to have the heating on which seems crazy after the heat we've had of late.
Hope you all enjoy your day and the Cup Final if you watch it (yawn)..... can think of better things to do being a non footie fan!
Have a good day folks

I've just turned the heating on as well Chrissie, a distinct nip in the air this morning. I'd forgotten about the football, I'll just spend an hour at the hospital then, and leave him to it. There's nothing worse than talking to a man when his attention is on the telly
I've got to think of something to do with my day, no gardening since it's drizzling, being in the city centre every day for the last two months means I've done shopping to death, if I'm not careful my thoughts will turn to spring cleaning

Bonjour all ....
here,
ALTHOUGH
we have had some monsoon type rain over the past week, but hot with it .... the garden is growing before our eyes ... sultry evenings with cicadas chirruping, the terrace filled with the heady perfume of the honeysuckles ..... the vineyards lush in their greenery are starting to flower .... I'm putting on my 'tour guide' hat today for friends who are here for a few days ..... must go and find my flag
Enjoy your day whatever your doing ......

Light drizzle in norfolk.
If anyones near a radio at 12:30 I can recomend radio4, repeat of The news quiz, was quite funny last night.
And on a similar vane if you like the tv version "Have I got news for you"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W1gwVIhJ8II
It is uncut so not the broadcast version, but with "shy" Brian Blessed, one of the funniest programs I've ever seen

Thanks for the reminder Ezzer I always forget.
For once I did see the Brian Blessed programme, as you say one of the funniest for a while, had me laughing out loud and not many programmes can do thay these days.

Light drizzle in norfolk.
I'd call it heavy drizzle.

Just finished laying some bricks for part of my new patio.
Dull rain am, drizzle pm. South-Derbyshire.
During the week removed about a Ton of stone from an old wall ( To be reused in another part of my garden), but had to cut down and remove trees / bushes 15 ft tall ( Shredded the small branches and firewood the large parts of the trunk) to get to the old wall that runs down the back of my garage and fell on to my next door neighborers garden.

Sunday already, the weekend goes faster than the week lol. Hope you all have a good day, it's lovely wall to wall sunshine here at the moment, after yesterday's rain and drizzle it's much nicer of course.
Hope it's gonna be nice where you are and that you have a good day whatever you're going to be up to.

After looking at the forecast for the weekend, I decided to ask the family for roast beef and yorkshires today,
and now look at it, much more a salad and barbie day. Never mind, we can always eat in the garden
A bit of us time with No 1 daughter this afternoon, then hubbie No 1 (got to keep him on his toes) time, and that's me finished for the day
