Title: BT 21st Century Networks

Rumours abound that the implementation of BT 21st Century Network has hit implementation and roll-out problems in the Cardiff area and especially in LLantrisant area. especially involving the use of broadband over that fibre network. Has any member of the site got further information? has this contributed to the " migration" away from BT of certain senior staff members ?
