Title: Opera Homepage icon?

Just noticed since upgrading to 11.50 there is no homepage icon at the side of the address bar?

Do you mean the favicon........if so, no it's gone and has been replaced with the little globe icon. Click on that globe icon to get security report on the site you are looking at.

You can get the favicons on the tabs, however.........view>toolbars>customise...........if the "tab bar" box is ticked, untick it then retick it and that opens the tab bar options..go "style" snd select "images and text".......that will put the favicons onto the tabs.

There use to be a little 'house' icon which represented your homepage,it use to sit next to the back,forward and reload icons.They are sited to the left of the address bar

Aha.......now I get you..was off on the wrong track.. :blush:
Yes, Opera has this not showing by default...quite why I don't know but it is simple to get it showing.

view>toolbars>customise>buttons>browser ..............you will find the "home" icon in there amongst the rest of the available buttons.....drag and drop onto the bar of your choice.
