Title: Contact BT by Email!!!!! or post XXXXX
Post by: mywifeshusband on October 07, 2007, 09:51:14 AM
Does anyone have an exact Email equivalent to:-
Complaint Review Service
BT Customer Correspondence Centre
Durham
DH98 1BT ?
I'm waiting on a letter from them (either deadlock or otherwise) which may be held up in the post by the strike. I'd rather like to give them the opportunity to get the letter to me via Email, rather than let them use the Postal Strike as an excuse for further procrastination and prevarication and so delay elevating my complaint to Othelo.

I may be stating the obvious here, but just in case you don't have any of the following information, hope it is useful !  :)

Residential customers - 0800 545 458   (if you wanted to risk a telephone call !!)

CEO of BT (Ben Verwaayen)     [removed by admin]@bt.com   (this is several months old, but might be applicable still)

enquiries@otelo.org.uk    (last resort  perhaps !)

Hiyas Kate.

Yes that is Bens valid e-mail and it is still in use.  :)

Hope you don't mind but Ive edited your post to remove the address only to  try stop the address being picked up by spam harvester bots.
(Whilst he probably gets a fair share of spam - dont really want to make it so that the email address becomes spammed to the point he abandons it).

But "humans" should be able to work out the address using the firstname.lastname@bt formula :)
