Title: Charges for LLU and WLR services from 1 April 2011
Post by: BritBrat on January 07, 2011, 10:35:47 AM
TelecomsAdvice explanatory note:

These are the maximum charges BT wholesale division, which is known as Openreach, can make to other telephone service providers for connections in BT exchanges. Not sure if BT would give a discount off these maximum prices for any reason – why would they, they have a monopoly, that’s why they are regulated – in which case it shows that other telcos are discounting their charges to customers below cost. They have to make the difference back in call or package charges over time – and that is why they ask for a minimum length of contract in their terms and conditions.
