OK, so I've bowed to the chorus of Miss Muffetitis ;D and got rid of the buggy avatar. Now I'm crawling round the boss instead.

I was kind of getting used to it, once I'd worked out I wasn't going to have to dismantle my monitor.

if you get a real fly or midge on your screen,

HANDS UP who tries to get it with the mouse pointer!

Although I had seen that ani-gif before....  I'd not seen it used as an avatar..  and you know what..  It damn well caught me out when I just seen your av in another thread.

No not mouse pointer my Thumb,      >:D      I must clean this screen !.   ;D
I mainly use a computer in the kitchen at night time with the main light off and of course the midges are attracted to the screen then they get my thumb on them.
When I first noticed Eric avatar I went to put my thumb on it.   :)
