I'd like to try this one... the idea is we create a chain of movies, each one has something in common with the previous reply, e.g. an actor, director, writer, composer, etc. It's a variation of a game I used to play with an online friend where we'd interrogate IMDB.com and try to get from say Charlie Chaplin to Robert de Niro in as few moves as possible (crazy I know, but fun).
When you give your replies, please state what the connection is. So I'll start off with:
