Thank you for taking the time to visit this page. A very small number of the powerline adapters supplied with BT Vision could have a manufacturing defect. Only the DH10P model (pictured in the instructions below, 1 & 2) is affected but if you have other versions please replace them with these updated models anyway. The defect may cause the mounting holding the cover of affected powerline adapters to become brittle and loose, therefore caution is recommended when following the instructions.
