Title: Email display/log on problem
Post by: UncleUB on August 16, 2010, 11:21:17 AM
Hi all,

My elderly neighbour has just called me to say he has a problem logging onto his email account with TalkTalk. What happens is when he opens  the page in the link below the images under the log in screen jump up and block part of the sign in screen which means he is unable to log in to his email account As you can see its ok on my pc.

He is using a 15" lap top with XP and has IE8 as his browser any thoughts?

ps I have to go out now so won't be able to reply for a bit.

Which browser is he using, unkyUb, and has he tried the appropriate content/image blocker.

Also, if he has a "shrink to width" or "fit to width" option in the browser, turn it off....that might help.
