Hi all

I have just phoned BT to find out when my evening and weekend plan will end.After pressing numerous buttons etc I was put through to an Indian lady.

Indian Lady.......How may I be helping you today.

Me...Can you please tell me when my evening and weekend plane finishes

Indian Lady......Please give me one moment.

Me... Ok

Indian Lady........Your contract started on the 29th Oct 2009 and finishes on the 28 Oct 2010

Me.....Are you sure about that

Indian lady.......please give me a moment

Me......Ok

Indian Lady........Your contract expires on the 21st July 2010  :-X

Me........That's today,if that's the case,why hasn't BT contacted me (1 month before) to tell me its expiring.

Indian Lady......please give me a moment to check this

Me......Ok (steam starting to appear out of my ears )

Indian Lady........Ok,your contract expires on the 27 Sept 2010 so do not worry,BT will contact you before hand to let you know this....

Me..........(head is smashing violently down on desk at this point)..so the other dates you gave me were wrong.

Indian Lady...I am sorry about that,is there anything else I can help you with today.

Me...No thank you,you have been most helpful........ :lol:

Indian...Thank you,can you please tell me if I have offered good service today............. :lol:

Me....Speechless,bloody speechless.

well uncle, think about the poor engineers in the field who have to deal with the same people day in and day out ............................ >:(

I don't think you are really poor..... ;D

You do a good job and get well paid for doing it  ;)
