Hi Kleopatra  :)

I am not familiar with Appleworks but the graphics programs that I have used usually allow you to choose a transparent background when exporting the original file to, say, a .gif file.

Perhaps you have some options on Appleworks you have not yet tried out?

Not so sure this is a valid question, and its highly doubtful the OP will come back.

Seems strange to approach an adsl site for help with an applemac program when tuturials are available elsewhere.

Seems to be another one of our russian friends who signs up - makes 3 posts asking questions - but manage to put a couple of links to other sites in there.  One of his other posts is reporting "news" that is very much outdated.

Seem to have had a few of these time wasters over the past few weeks - Ive deleted a few already cause I dont want people wasting their time answering questions that are only to make posts that contain spam links in their sig.
