Gentlefolk,
I note with mild satisfaction that BT, in their infinite generosity, have now reduced the wait time between tests to a mere one hour instead of three.
Still plenty of time to have a veritable banquet of bacon butties.
The initialisation of the test is still as slow and pedantic as ever.
On a less frivolous note the actual tester seems to be more of a line capacity test than say TBB's one. The results on slow lines are decreased with the BT one if I stay logged into my computer remotely (when I leave it in somebody's house) , compared to when I log off, wait and log back in. I cannot detect the same decrease with the TBB one.
