Hi Uncle UB,
I've looked on their website and can find no reference to it being a full LLU service so presumably we have to assume that O2 are reselling a BT wholesale package ?
kind regards,
Walter

This is from the O2 site, just a brief explanation and a form to register your interest.

I suppose it depends on what bolt ons you have/want and how much other companies charge,or include foc.

If you look at the notes under the first table, you'll see that the much more expensive 'Access' package is for non-LLU customers.
