Title: how do i access my routers settings to change the NAT type

hi

i have a dynamode R-ADSL-C4-W-G1 router and i need to change my NAT type to open but every other forum i have been to does not give me precise instructions

they tell me to go on run-cmd-ipconfig and find my gateway ip i have done that and put it into my browser but i cant find the setting for NAT is there any way to do this ?
 
please help it would be appreaciated.

Hi and welcome :)

Are you trying to achieve an open NAT status for XBox Live on the 360?

If you are, have a look at http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dynamode/RADSL-C4W-G/Xbox_Live_360.htm (http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dynamode/RADSL-C4W-G/Xbox_Live_360.htm)

This should help you to open the correct ports.

Be aware that you will need to set a static IP on your XBox if you haven't already done so.

yes i am trying to get an open NAT status for the 360 thanks for the advice i will try it  :)
