Also the same for me - in IE8 and also Firefox 3.5.6, running on XP SP3.

I seem to remember there is usually a screen there connected to one of the stories listed underneath it ?

Same here on Opera.........must be a revamp.

I'm wondering if its different for you Kate as you live outside the UK?

That's certainly what I see.. :)

I'm not sure Unc :-\ I think when I first set up the BBC page I chose International mode, but I can't find where I did that now ::) ..... don't forget I am the Countess of Hungladder

I see it the same with this grey bit, Linux and FF 3.5.6. However if I click on the first 3 stories underneath it they show up, what does not show up is when I click on 'what's on today' then it goes back to grey. So I suspect the What's on bit is default and does not show up.

I see the same as Stuart. It's not just the grey bit which is strange. There's a problem with the text immediately underneath it, with one line of text only partly visible.

Looks like its sorted now. :)
