Title: Auto reply using Outlook 2003
Post by: nomeames on November 23, 2009, 03:10:25 PM
I am finishing working with my current company in a week's time. Although I plan to drop and email to all my friends to use my personal email, I was wondering if there is a way to send auto reply to all incoming messages (from outside my company) to inform them of using my personal e-mail?

I know I can configure out of office to send auto replies, just wondering if there is any other way. Thanks to all in advance.

I don't know your company's procedures but when I left my employer (large international), my email address was removed from the system within days.

Any incoming message was directed to another email address just in case it was "work-important" but the sender received a non-delivery response to ensure they knew to amend their records.
