That is very embarrassing for an otherwise trusted site.

They do seem to have "embarrassing" glitches now and again dont they?

If you remember I had some problems with Play.com a few months ago(iirc so did Kitz).I ended up getting Jersey Trading Standards Dept involved before it was sorted.
I use to be a very good customer of Play.com but have not used them since.

mhm...   same here...   I also had to get Jersey Trading Standards involved.
