Title: Vista Ultimate issues

am currently trying to install vista ultimate on my new system (specs listed below)

i am getting an error message durring installation that asks for disk drivers...

ive tried my mobo drivers and these dont seem to be what its looking for...any suggestions?

i couldnt see the speccs of your machine on ya post.

has the machine got an OS installed already?
how far does the install go abnd exactly at what point does it stop?
whats the exact error message?
is the machine capable of running vista ult?
what peripherals do have attached?
does the machine have pata or sata hdd's in it?

let us know m8  :)

Yeah I noticed he didnt include any details. 
Didn't stop him from putting up a couple of spam links in his signature did it?

In view of the fact that within minutes of signing up he asked the following questions:-

hibernate and sound @ 07:50:50
internet connection @ 07:51:27
Vista ultimate issue @ 07:52:04

Crikey he must me an awfully quick typist to be able to post 3 new questions within 1 min 14 seconds.  >:D

I'm also suspicious that the other questions are genuine - because they also dont contain sufficient info and are very vague...
The posts also comes from a country quite well known for origin of spam.

Sorry if this is genuine - but in view of the circumstances I very much doubt it. - But I really dont want helpful members of these forums wasting their time on questions that arent for real.

Other threads will be deleted - as will the spam links in the member sig.  Do you really want to buy anti-wrinkle cream?

A quick google shows that this isnt the only forum hes done this on.  He's also been banned elsewhere.

I wonder if the original problem was with having a SATA drive and no SATA Controller driver at the start of the install. (F6)
But guess we'll never know.
