I haven't been able to access the Routerstats forum (http://www.vwlowen.co.uk/forum/forummain.htm) for a few days. It just displays the 'Return' link at the bottom of the page and fails to load anything else. Can other people access it?

Same for me Eric using FF version 3.5.4

I just tried it and got the same result - using FF 3.5.4 on Windows XP Home.
Maybe John is carrying out some housekeeping / maintenance.

I can get to a routerstats forum ( is it the correct one ?) by using http://vwlowen.m3ezw.co.uk/smf/index.php?board=1.0
No posts on there since 31st. October.

That's odd, unkyUb, just tried again and it's opening ok............and when I tried the "is it just me" site you link to it tells me that the site is up and running ok.
Could there be a browser specific problem somewhere ?

That's really odd. I can access the forum through TD's link, and it is the correct forum, but not through the link on the Routerstats main page (which is the one I quoted above). ???

That site...has it any connection to this one,only the interface looks similar?

The only connection is that it uses the same forum software (SMF, Simple Machines Forum).
I've posted a message on the RS forum to let John know there is a problem.

I've had a response from John on the RS forum, and he says that the forum has been moved to a faster server, and the problem may just be due to a delay in DNS propagation.

Like eric says, we both use SMF forum software so the layout & sizes will be very similar. It looks like John is using the default SMF theme.
However I have edited & redone all the graphics in order to make my own theme (which is something that you can do with SMF).. so that the colours and graphics are the same as what I use on the main site.

John has now changed the forum link on his main site to use the new address http://vwlowen.m3ezw.co.uk/smf/index.php and this works fine. A Google search for 'Routerstats forum' still shows the old non-working address, but this will no doubt sort itself out in a short while. If you have the forum bookmarked you should change the address to the new one.
