Not good news :(

Although the article is a little sparse on what captchas have been cracked - or if its the whole lot.
Theres different levels of captchas, and some captchas being specific to certain bulletin boards.  The phpbb captcha was cracked quite a while ago and one of the reasons why I changed to something else.

I see, thank you.

We used to use something similar at work to find out whether new Managers were human, got some very odd results.

lol I bet.

btw some of those psycho-diagnostic testing they do is weird.
I went to a job application many years ago, and practically the full day was a series of these tests and role plays.  (I got the job)

Ttat is worrying indeed.  The Captcha is a kind of reverse Turing test... I suppose one day soon a computer will eventually pass the Turing test.
