oops missed this - thought Id responded earlier  :-[

I suppose its only inevitable that they would be doing this...  thats no compensation for the staff though.
OK they may not be the best ISP staff in the world.. but Im pretty sure a big portion of that is down to the company policies, and lack of training etc.
