Title: ADSL connection drops evey 2 hours

Hi all,

We run BT Business Broadband and use a 2WIRE 2700HGV for the past 6 months our connection drops evey 2 hours or so for periods of upto 15 minutes.
I have the following stats from the router....can anyone help me please  :(

Your line stats. look quite reasonable. Can you describe what you observe when "our connection drops".

The sync speed also seems a little low considering an attenuation of 47dB.

Whats the internal wiring like..  have you checked the stats from the master socket?

If you loose sync every couple of hours it could be some sort of REIN issue caused by something being switched on/off.  But the place to start would be the test socket behind the master faceplate
