Title: Talk Talk
Post by: scottiesmum on November 03, 2008, 05:18:36 PM
I'm trying to help a friend in the UK   !!!!   by 'phone   ---  not easy  !!   They have Talk Talk and have set up a talk Talk email address...  they want to set up an account in Outlook Express ...I have helped them thus far, and they have received an email I have sent them  BUT they can't send me one back. They get an error message ( not sure EXACTLY what it says)  has anyone any experience of setting up a Talk Talk account within Outlook Express please.

Many thanks in anticipation of any help ....   :)

Most likely to be incorrectly entered information...two obvious things to check I'd say:

1) the POP server

2) The SMTP server

Details for these) should be on the TT help pages.  Never had TT so I can't really help more.
