Migrating ISP and MAC key (http://www.kitz.co.uk/isp/migration.htm).
Updated page - a lot of the info has now changed - new info and new prices.. the BTw TAG department no longer exists.
Also BTw have recently brought in a cease fee of £15.75 + VAT which ISPs have to pay for removal of adsl on your phone line. :(
