Hi all,My stand by button in shutdown is greyed out,how do I restore it,I am on XP..thanks..mayanbilly

Welcome to the forums.
A greyed out Standby button is usually indicative of a video driver problem.
Reinstall or update your video driver and see if that solves the problem.

Hi Dave.on mine in setting it just says `default monitor`thanks..

Is your computer a PC or a Laptop?
What make and model is it?
