Hi wonder if anyone else has had this problem ? we have two phones my one clicks on to wifi calling straight away but my wife's phone never does at home where as her's works on her work wifi no problem , we're both on the same provider ( BT ) should I restart the router ? or any other suggestions that could be causing it ? cheers

Is it enabled on the handset ?

Yes both handsets have WiFi calling turned on

Which BT router?
It's going to probably be a NAT issue on the router, preventing your wife's phone from receiving confirmation of IMS registration.
Rebooting the router may make the issue go away in the short term but it's not a permanent solution.
Which mobile networks are both handsets on?

Hi it's not a BT router it's a Billion 7800dxl , what I have discovered is turning off ipsec allows her phone to do wifi calling  not sure if thats good or bad . both on BT mobile .

Is the VPN helper alg switched off on the billion?
