Please can someone help me?
I am trying to configure a Draytek Vigor 166 for a G.Fast connection and I cannot find anything to help me. The provider won't help because they do not support "3rd party routers" and I have searched high and low online to find a guide. This is what I have done so far, but I have no guide to confirm if this is right or wrong:
Operation Mode:
Router Mode
PPPoE
DHCP enabled
Internet Access > General Setup:
WAN 1
DSL Mode - G.Fast only
DSL Modem code - Default
VDSL2/G.Fast- Customer
Enable
Tag Value - 101
Priority - 0
VDSL2/ G.Fast - Service
Enable
Tag Value - 101
Priority - 0
Internet Access > PPPoE/PPPoA > ISP Access Setup:
I have entered the G.Fast username and password credentials
Is this right? Please can someone help?

Welcome to the kitz forum. :)
Just one question, for now: Who is your service provider?
There is a "Draytek Vigor 166 G.fast Modem / Router Review (https://forum.kitz.co.uk/index.php?topic=25203.0)" topic, originating from September 2020, that you might like to examine.

I use mine just as modem, I've attached the WAN config, hope it helps.
I'm with Pulse8, that is TTB.

Thank you both. The service provider is Gamma

Which would make your G.Fast either BT Wholesale or TalkTalk Business Wholesale.
Can you see sync?
