Firefox, because it does the job and doesn't give me any grief. Just occasionally I also use Konqueror (a Linux browser) to cope with a website that FF has trouble with.
I've never been able to get on with Opera, and IE is a dirty word in this household.

Hi y'all,

I'm currently using Internet Explorer 7 on Windows XP Home Edition.

Why ?

Mainly because Microsoft Update keeps downloading and installing the bl**dy thing, ;-(, and I can't be bothered to keep uninstalling it and reverting to IE6.

Firefox because it had tabbed browsing before IE, better security (maybe IE has caught up), it has all those nice and useful extensions and its not MS!.
I have IE 7 too, that new Virtual Earth looks ok but must use IE. Seems to have better sat images than Google Earth for lots of places.

Hi.  Firefox for me, Good ad-ons, more secure than IE6 (I use W2K Pro).
I have been trying Opera on a 'test' machine and I like it, Kmeleon did not like this so much.

K-Meleon, plus playing with SeaMonkey.  Firefox does not like older PCs like mine.  Opera is just plain weird.  K-Meleon is lovely, just wish it had a sidebar.

I soon got fed up with the mis-match IE7 interface and uninstalled it, however I was left with IE7 icons and such like which was a pain in the arse. It didn't seem to be a cache issue or anything like that so since I felt like it anyway I reformatted/reloaded back to XP SP2 with IE6SP2.

Firefox has always worked well for me also, and there are some nice add-ons out there which work well.

I also had Windows Media Player 11 for a little while and again, it was totally out of place on XP. Not to mention the functionality had changed in a way which meant I didn't know to use it properly!

So again back to WMP9 pending 10 if I feel like it.

What IE7 needs in my mind is some form of skin or interface option which gives you something resembling previous versions. The interface changes for me just don't fit in with XP and don't make my browsing experience any easier.

At least the last time I used firefox it still resembled a more conventional browser with proper menus and toolbars.
