Title: nowtv query..
Post by: skyeci on February 19, 2022, 01:12:34 PM
Just wondered if there are any nowTV fttc subscribers here. They are offering a 12 month vdsl for £20 per month currently.

Assume you can still use your own router but are they doing the same with sky with regards to your phone would have to be connected to their router for making calls if you want that function?
Do they offer IPv6 same as sky's setup?
Quite a saving over my zen price and with fttp some time away I am tempted to try it.

Thanks

Now broadband is identical to Sky. It has IPV6 and uses the same DHCP Option 61 to authenticate.

They don't yet use VOIP though as they still provide the Now Hub 2 which is effectively a Sky Q Hub clone and doesn't have a phone port on the rear.
