My HPE 24-port switch is supposed to be getting the time from my Firebrick FB2900 router, but depending on where you look in the switch’s web UI, the time is either several minutes out or is set to Jan 1 1970. I’m comparing the times on the switch and on my Firebrick to that on my iPad. Any suggestions about how I might debug this?
There are also some very weird things going on in the web UI in the time section, where it won’t let me set the clock manually. There is a radio button pair but it won’t let me toggle them to ‘manual’. It seems to be something to do with iPad Safari iOS 15 as the problems go away when using a different web browser. I’ve already disabled ad-blocking, but only a change of web browser seems to work.

This isn't the first issue you've reported that appears to mostly be a Safari problem. I'd just stop using it as a browser if I were you.

Chrome is excellent on iOS 15.x

I’m thinking about doing so. Is there a good ad-blocker for iOS Chrome ? I also have iCab which seems very reliable, but I find the UI rather confusing.

Adblock free and added as an extension

I’m definitely going to go down this route then. Amongst other problems I recall was the insane appearance of buttons and the difficulty with the bold, italic etc icons in kitz text editor boxes and the incorrect text highlight.
