My g.fast drop to 120Meg from 330Meg as I am so annoying as it was issues possible by neighbours xmas tree lights and houses xmas lights as I have no data at all as because I am using openreach modem

What made you notice it had dropped to 120Mbps - have you been speed testing again? :no:
If the lights aren't on 24/7 then the SRA that GFast uses should see normal speed restored when they are off.
Since you have said in the past that you are going to go back to a 40/10 FTTC service once your GFast contract expires then I'm sure you can manage with 120Mbps until the festive season is over (accepting that it is annoying when these things happen).

Why was speed test necessary?

Because I was downloading large file 27GB and notice the transfer rate has gone down as I did one off speed test and noticed the speed was down from 315 to 120. But the speed have resumed back up to 315 now.

Maybe there was not enough seeds for the 27GB file?
