Title: Transfer / copy iOS Shortcuts programs to another machine

Does anyone know how to copy all Shortcuts to another machine ? I realised that I have an old iPad which is still running iOS 14.

Do you mean those created in the Shortcuts app? You can share them to another device with AirDrop - tap the ellipsis on the top right of a shortcut then the share button at the bottom and you can send them via AirDrop or another app etc.
