I think that Ringwood could well be something hanging from the tail come to FTTP, but today we received a card that Giganet were coming. Though of little personal interest to me with my slow FTTC speed, since I intend moving to an over 55s flat, if ever something desirable emerges, I hope this post is of interest.
Incidentally City Fibre (https://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/news/19424114.city-fibre-launch-full-fibre-broadband-poole/) is coming to Poole.

The subject title says Giganet but your post says gigaclear
They are 2 very different companies.
Giganet sell both residential and business services over OpenReach. They have aggressively targeted the FTTP market and have unbundled the likes of Salisbury and other FTTP Priority exchanges.
Giganet also offer business services over CityFibre's network.
Gigaclear build their own fibre network. They mainly target rural areas and have a few BDUK contracts.
If Giganet are coming, it's probably OpenReach FTTP or CityFibre.
If it's Gigaclear then they are a bit more expensive, but another option over OpenReach FTTC
Edit: My guess is it's Giganet (over CityFibre) and not Gigaclear.
CityFibre FTTP offers a decent choice of providers, and cheaper than OpenReach FTTP.

The new network is being supported by various ISPs, such as Vodafone (Gigafast Broadband), TalkTalk, Zen Internet, Giganet and others, but they aren’t all live or available in every location yet (we don’t yet know which ones will serve Poole).
