Good grief... was the (large) photo of the cat on the tin not a massive clue that it was cat food.  You can't really miss the cat image even if she didn't understand the print.

Mind you, I must admit I've thought several times some of the premium cat foods do look good enough for human consumption.  Purina Gourmet Gold mousse Pate does look rather nice and similar to a pate spread.
 
Oh and I'm quite sure that some of the Applaws' pots & pouches probably would be ok to eat.  The pots are something like 100% chicken breast & rice - with absolutely nothing else added.. and their loin sachets are completely 100% salmon/tuna/mackerel loin - they look like you are feeding your cat a premium fillet of fish.    I should imagine they would be a bit bland for human taste though... because they are 100% premium meat and no additives then the lack of salt and pepper or other seasonings may make a slight difference for our palate.
   
Out of interest I just googled "could a human eat Applaws pet food" and came up with this page (https://applaws.com/uk/about-us/our-ingredients/), so yeah they probably could.
