I have good sync, low throughput and very erratic graphs from Thinkbroadband tests and a sluggish experience opening web pages at the desktop.

I have got dslstats running on my Zyxel VMG3925-B10B and could do with some help understanding the results.
I have enabled most of the choices in Configuration.
I have been able to save and view snapshots.
Which results do I need to post ?.
