So the BT Broadband Checker says FTTP is available from my exchange but they are not providing or will not provide access to it ?

The BT Broadband Checker usually shows address availability, not exchange availability.

The fact FTTP is available in an exchange really means nothing. It can be available at a handful of addresses only.

Unlike ADSL which was enabled on a whole exchange at once, or FTTC which is enabled on a whole cabinet at once, FTTP is done entirely at the address level.
It needs to be specifically rolled out to your address.

I think you have attached the wrong thing...

Can you be more precise on what is showing availability and what isn't?
