Title: TalkTalk seem to be upgrading customers to the Wi-Fi Hub for free

I am moving and ordered TalkTalk Fibre 65. The TalkTalk website stated that it came with the Wi-Fi Hub Black.

I had an email yesterday to say they are "upgrading" me to the Wi-Fi Hub for free, which is good news. But I wonder if this is because the Wi-Fi Hub Black is made by Huawei who have fallen out of favour and the Wi-Fi Hub is made by Sagemcom (from recollection)?

Still, nice to be treated, I hope it's a good router.

Can't say I've ever owned a Sagem device that was any good, they always seemed to be bottom of the barrel.

But you never know, technology is always in flux.
