Title: Win 10 Defender Firewall Won't Activate

Encountered another anomaly on one of my desktop PC's while performing full Win 10 Pro clean installs.
Win 10 Defender Firewall enable options were all "greyed out", could not be enabled.

Again, this was a known, documented anomaly with lots of suggested solutions on various web sites and in my case only occured on one of the PC's being re-loaded, a AMD Ryzen-5, Gigabyte MoBo desktop, did not occur on my Packard Bell, i5 desktop!

Only found one fix that worked.
Download and install Tweaking.com Windows Repair Free utility:
https://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html
Run repair routine, identified No. 6 - Repair Windows Firewall (see attached snapshot)
Advises running in Win Safe Mode which I did but may not be necessary for just one function.

All Win Defender Firewall options now became available and could be selected.
