Title: I bought a good ethernet cable a week ago
Post by: Bowdon on February 05, 2021, 12:37:31 PM
I don't often recommend ethernet cables. But I recently bought a cat6 braided ethernet cable, 5 metres in length.

This is the first time I've used a braided cable and I got to say it is a lot more flexible than the usual stiff winding cables I'm used to.

So if anyone is building their house network and need to go around corners or in to awkward places then I recommend getting a braided version. It's a lot easier to work with.

I've bought a lot of flat cables, they are even easier to deal with.  In fact I only recently was unfortunate enough to buy a cable of Amazon that was really rigid, they are usually quite flexible.
