They are going to be trialling a 4 port ONT in the summer.
This can only be used in Nokia FTTP areas.
They will initially provide a 1 port ONT.
Anyone who orders a 2nd service will have the ONT switched for a 4 port.
They are considering similar for Huawei areas.
Edit:
More pics of the device in black (with phone ports that won't be present)

Can anyone find the model number of this ONT?

Thank you for the links.
Can anyone find the model number of this ONT?
Why not just ask Mark @ ISPreview?

Nokia links do not work for me. :(
I was going to ask if they had a 4 port in there van when I get my install as I might have a separate service for our 'Holiday Letting'. :)

It depends if your build is a Nokia PON or a Huawei PON.
Before these if your street was on Nokia hardware the existing Huawei 4 ports couldn't be used.
You would get a 2nd ONT and 2nd fibre drop.
They will install single port Nokia ONT's initially and when a subsequent provide order is placed an engineer will swap out for a 4 port. Ordering both services at once might achieve a 4 port ONT if communicated well with the ISP.
Edit: links don't work for me either
